Coordinate with primary stakeholders, and through subordinate employees, manage all activities related to CAP and services, ensuring government oversight of contract deliverables within the CAP program. Plan, assign, and provide expert-level supervision to professional CAP staff within the Fleet and Family Support Center (FFSC). Direct work through contact with staff members and through regularly scheduled meetings. Review accomplishments against established objectives to ensure optimum management of activities. Organize, set, and manage CAP workflow. Establish subordinates' performance standards, evaluate subordinates, and conduct supervisory counseling sessions, when necessary. Control attendance and leave, ensuring adequate work force is always available to accomplish the mission. Approve and authorize leave and timecards.
