This role focuses on designing experiences that directly support customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and revenue growth within a complex B2B fintech product. You will take ownership of growth-focused initiatives such as first-time use, onboarding flows, feature discovery, in-product education, and upsell experiences. Working in close partnership with Product Managers, Engineers, and a Senior Product Designer, you will help translate growth strategy into thoughtful, user-centered solutions that balance business impact with clarity and usability.
