Maintenance - Level I

ELS is hiring for the position of Maintenance - Level I in Daytona Beach, Florida. What you'll do: As a Maintenance Worker you perform various maintenance duties requiring some minor technical work , such as HVAC troubleshooting and adjustments, light plumbing troubleshooting, light carpentry repairs, and minor appliance troubleshooting and repair. Irrigation troubleshooting and general grounds upkeep is also included such as, weeding, trimming, pressure washing, etc. You work with an aide, and as a team participant to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by ELS. Your job will include: Work closely with management to maintain a clean, safe and appealing property. Maintain common area grounds and keep them free from trash and debris. Maintain vacant lot grounds. Communicate regularly and professionally
