CX Video Content Design Intern (Summer 2026)

Role Description We’re looking for a Video Content Design Intern to support the creation and maintenance of customer-facing educational videos. In this role, you’ll work closely with content designers, multimedia partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to help update, organize, and publish video tutorials and learning content across Dropbox’s education platforms. You’ll contribute to projects that keep our video library accurate, easy to navigate, and helpful at scale. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how educational content is planned, produced, reviewed, and maintained for a global audience. You’ll gain experience working within established production workflows while developing your video editing, visual storytelling, and project coordination skills.
