About the role

The purpose of this position is to serve as the focal point for interpreting, developing, and implementing Air Force inspection policy and wing-level long-range strategic plans. This position performs the following duties: Plans, organizes, resources, and directs the execution of a wide range of complex inspection activities for the wing Commander's Inspection Program (CCIP). Activities include planning and directing inspections that incorporate Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Air Force (DAF), gaining major command(s) (G-MAJCOMs), National Guard Bureau (NGB), state, wing, local instructions, and laws for regulatory guidance. Oversees compliance, plans, and conducts By-Law, Special Emphasis Items (SEI), Special Interest Items (SII), Command Interest Items (CII) and nuclear assurance inspections as outlined by requirements from the DoD, DAF, NGB, and G-MAJCOM.
