Test Control Officer

As a Test Control Office, you will: Review testing practices to develop standard operating procedures and other applicable directives. Utilize established procedures to safeguard and account for testing material. Develop testing schedules that provide optimal access for customers at established testing sites. Provide managerial oversight of testing sites to ensure the proper administration of enlistment testing. Utilize established performance standards to evaluate work of subordinate employees. Distribute workload among employees to ensure timely accomplishment of assigned task.
