SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST (MANPOWER)

You will be responsible for planning, analyzing, coordinating and providing direction for work assignments and projects. You will be required to represent the S-1 Director /Deputy Director for all MCB Hawaii’s ‘Force Manpower’ activities and issues, during negotiations and decision making with other officials of adjacent or higher levels. You will identify staff non-compliance with all MCB Hawaii’s ‘Force Manpower’ programs policies and procedures and report any non-compliance to the S-1 Director /Deputy Director as appropriate. You will be responsible for management and/or program support such as; planning, research, analysis, and/or liaison for all manpower structure requirements. You will be analyzing manpower/staffing problems in order to propose alternative solutions, such as revised organizational structures, realignment of functions, and/or realignment of staffing levels so as to meet mission requirements.
