Delivery Operations Specialist

Gopuff is seeking to hire a Delivery Operations Specialist to play a pivotal role in day-to-day management of our W2 driver program, employee-driver management, and the experience differentiation of our W2 driver program. The Delivery Ops Specialist will work cross-functionally in tight coordination with Driver Growth, Driver Marketplace, Site Leaders for sites that employ W2 Drivers, HR, and Driver Support to ensure that we deliver appropriate staffing levels at our W2 driver locations; that W2 Driver onboarding is an efficient and frictionless process; and that W2 drivers have the appropriate employee experience they expect. This role is a key contributor to a great employee driver experience and delivering a great customer experience via W2 drivers. This is a hybrid position, reporting to the Philadelphia, PA HQ location Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during business hours.
