Senior Manager, Business Operations

The Senior Manager, Business Operations is a key leader within the ES Strategy & Operations team, responsible for driving operational excellence at scale, leading complex initiatives, and delivering high-priority products that create measurable value for the enterprise. This role requires a hands-on approach to operational deployment, with a strong ability to understand the details of how technology can improve business operations. The Senior Manager will leverage their experience in implementing technology-driven solutions to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring enterprise priorities are translated into impactful outcomes. The role is focused across two primary areas: 30% - Lead product planning, prioritization, and execution governance 70% - Drive delivery, optimization, and value realization of enterprise-critical products and solutions Key Respons
