SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Headquarters Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC), Special Technical Operations Branch (A3XO) ensuring that (functional work area) complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents Special with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Analyzes the design development, and population of selected STO related databases. Prepares and delivers oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultation, and strategy sessions with other staff service functions and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey information relative to proposed changes ln assigned STO/special program projects.
