About the role
Duties include but are not limited to: Manage the IC OIG's Information Technology Team, to include maintenance and operations of IC OIG assets and systems, including case management software and cloud servers. Oversee IC OIG's Helpdesk and IT support triage, escalation, and prioritization of critical executive support requests and sensitive mission-impact issues to minimize downtime. Deconflict complex functional requirements into underlying technical requirements and recommend "best fit" allocation of those requirements. Develop technical and systems requirements. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure IT service reliability, incident response, and adherence to processes and handling protocols. Conduct technical research on such topics as operational guidelines, best practices, and international standards, and develop procedures for installation of hardware, software, or network components.
