About the role
The Diversion Program Manager position is open in the following location(s): Region 1-Bedford, MA (1 vacancy) Region 3-Louisville, KY (1 vacancy) Region 4-Denver, CO (1 vacancy) Region 5-Phoenix, AZ (1 vacancy) Among other duties, this position will support: Serving as the principal advisor to the SAC in this area and is considered the expert in all Diversion related matters. Providing technical and administrative management over supervisory investigators primarily involved in planning and overseeing investigations of potential diversion of controlled pharmaceuticals and listed chemicals. These investigations primarily involve cases at the higher echelon or of greater overall significance, generally with national or international involvement. Ensuring that all investigations are conducted within the scope of the Federal drug laws and are in accordance with the agency's rules, policies, and regulations.
