TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR (TITLE 32)

As a Training Administrator, GS-1712-12, you will plan and administer the training program for the State ARNG;direct the activities of the Training Branch; determine specific training objectives;develop short range, long range training plans to meet federal missions, support state security, emergency missions; develop training policies, directives/SOP applicable to the state ARNG; develop CTG/ YTG based on The Adjutant General and WARTRACE requirements; schedule YTB in coordination with TAG, LCC, Continental United States Army/active component WARTRACE headquarters; review, evaluate, approve/authenticate training plans, programs/directives of subordinate units, provides overall direction; identify shortfalls, conflicts, opportunities in training plans/ schedules; provide guidance/ assistance to subordinate commanders/training personnel in correcting deficiencies; analyze/interprets training policies, procedures/programs from Army staff to battalion levels for commanders, staff, and tra
