Teamlead QA (gn)

Your mission At Bikeleasing Group, we build digital solutions used by thousands of people every day. We rely on modern technologies, clean architectures, and teams that take ownership. In the middle of a significant technical transformation – modernising legacy systems, building domain-oriented services, and professionalising our engineering organisation – we are looking for an experienced leader to take over our QA team and bring it to the next level. As Team Lead QA (gn) you will lead a well-established team of 8 QA Engineers, safeguard our existing quality standards, and drive them forward. You are the central lever for reliability, product quality, and stable releases – and you actively shape how quality is embedded across our entire engineering organisation.
