QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (CHEMICALS)-DIRECT HIRE AUTHORITY

Develops and implements procedures to carry out in-depth oversight and surveillance of fuels programs in accordance with Performance Work Statements (PWS), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP), Air Force Instructions, and State and Federal laws. Analyzes and evaluates fuels operational requirements through examining problems, or potential problem areas identified by the Chief of Operations, external customers, unexpected fluctuations or trends in statistics, or by direction of higher headquarters. Documents contract performance IAW the QASP, AFI 20-112, AFI 23-201, and program requirements. Provides a program analysis for upper level management to measure current status against planned objectives. Prepares clear & concise written results of analysis through the use and application of analytical summaries and staff study reports.
