About the role
Total Rewards of a Allied Health Professional Duties include, but not limited to: Manages patient behavior and appropriately intervenes as needed. Participates in treatment team meetings for resident care planning. Monitors and documents patient intake and output, reports any deviations. Performs nursing procedures within scope of practice and according to policies and standard procedures including, but not limited to: enemas, catheterization, colostomy care, skin care, simple dressing, application of braces and prosthetic devices. Serves as a preceptor and mentor to other Nursing Assistants. Administers complete tracheostomy care, including suctioning.
