Supervisory Advanced Practice Nurse

Direct and coordinate day-to-day operations of a primary care clinic, ensuring efficient workflow, staffing coverage, and continuity of patient care. Serve as a senior clinical leader and advisor to executive leadership on healthcare delivery, program priorities, and service improvements. Lead quality assurance and performance improvement efforts, including monitoring clinical outcomes, addressing gaps in care, and ensuring compliance with standards. Build and maintain partnerships with internal departments, tribal programs, and external organizations to expand and enhance healthcare services. Guide program planning and resource allocation to support clinic goals, respond to community health needs, and improve overall service delivery.
