Flybaby makes baby carriers that parents and babies actually love. We're a small, passionate team in Berlin building a brand that stands for movement, freedom, and the joy of keeping your little one close. We're growing fast and looking for a motivated working student to jump in and own a broad mix of responsibilities across customer experience, influencer marketing, offline activations, and project management. This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You won't be fetching coffee – you'll be directly shaping how our customers feel about Flybaby and helping us build a community around the brand. Aufgaben Customer Service & Community Manage and respond to incoming customer service tickets via email and chat, ensuring a warm, helpful, and on-brand experience Triage and escalate issues where needed, helping to build and maintain a library of response templates Track recurring issues and feedback themes, and report insights to the team to inform product an
