PROGRAM AND RESOURCE SPECIALIST

DUTY 1: Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the squadron procurement function, ensuring that the Squadron complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets the group, wing, and NAF needs. DUTY 2: Serves as the organization's Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for program functional areas within the unit. DUTY 3: Performs as equipment control officer (ECO) to functional users, studies and establishes plans of action for improving the efficiency of information technology applications. DUTY 4: Establishes, collects, and implements requirements for procurement of equipment in-line with organizational goals and mission requirements. DUTY 5: Functions as a senior technical advisor on contract and ITAM consultant plans and coordinates all phases of the acquisition, implementation, and integration of IT assets.
