THE ROLE We're looking for a founding dedicated people hire: someone who can own recruiting end-to-end while building out the people ops foundation underneath it. This isn't a coordinator role. You'll set the strategy, run the process, and build the systems. You'll be the person who makes sure we hire the right people, fast — and that we don't fumble the basics once they're in the door.
