Fixed Asset Accountant

About the Position We’re looking for a Fixed Asset Accountant to join our Accounting team. In this role, you will assist in the design, implementation, and oversight of our financial accounting and reporting for all costs and accounting matters related to fixed assets and leasing arrangements. You’ll also analyze relevant accounting literature as needed, and work closely with other teams across the firm to streamline processes and support better strategic decision-making. Additional responsibilities of the role will include: • Owning the end-to-end global financial accounting and reporting for fixed asset costs, ensuring accurate capitalization, classification, and useful life determinations • Partnering with our Accounting Policy team to assess infrastructure expenditures for proper classification as capital expenditures or capital leases under ASC 842, ensurin
