Management Analyst

As a Management Analyst, you will: Assist the Branch Chief in the overall management of the Command’s applicant processing policy and training responsibilities. Support Sector Staff Assistance and Inspector General inspection visits. Monitor and provide operational guidance to two sector headquarters and USMEPCOM processing locations. Prepare and conduct oral briefings and prepares written reports. Review and assess problem and resolve issues regarding the daily functions of USMEPCOM processing locations to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. Resolve complex issues internally and externally that cannot be resolved by other management analysts based on guidance found in existing policies, regulations, and precedents. Conduct Command and directorate-hosted events. Serve as a project/team leader for the operational team of directorate and/or other directorate staff providing visionary, management, and technical guidance to the MEPS.
