*Property Manager for AFFORDABLE PROPERTY in SAN DIEGO, CA (Full-Time / Off-Site). * The *Property Manager *oversees and attends to the day-to-day operations of his/her assigned property in the areas of: Tenant Relations, Maintenance Administration, Rent Collection, Marketing/New Resident Identification and Processing, General Administration and Reporting. *This is a TAX CREDIT Property. Working knowledge and direct experience in Affordable Housing (Low Income Housing Tax Credit or LIHTC Program/Section 42) is required. PLEASE APPLY ONLY if you have experience in Tax Credit Affordable Housing!* *Responsibilities and Duties:* * Maintain occupancy and delinquency rates. * Work closely with and assist the *Company's Compliance Specialists* *in performing LIHTC Compliance duties*, particularly with *Annual Re-Certifications (ARs)*. * Ensure the property provides an exceptional living environment for the residents. * Complete all lease applications and handle rent collection.
