Quality Engineer I/II

Position Overview: Solid Power is seeking a Quality Engineer I/II to support and improve manufacturing and quality initiatives by applying developing professional expertise to resolve a variety of issues for our solid-state electrolyte and battery cell pilot lines. This role supports hands-on manufacturing processes that include electrolyte production, cell build, and pilot-scale operations, partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, and R&D to analyze manufacturing and quality data, maintain and improve standard work and implement core quality tools. A Quality Engineer receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new assignments and contributes to investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions with increasing independence, ensuring alignment with internal procedures, industry standards and safety requirements. <str
