Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment & Placement)

Serves as a staffing specialist on a human resources (HR) servicing team providing the full range of staffing services to assigned organizations. Serves as the primary point of contact for staffing activities and coordinates the use of various staffing systems with peers within the human resources office. Provides advice and assistance to managers, supervisors, and administrative officials on various personnel management issues, particularly staffing and pay. Advises and assists in the development of staffing methods, recruiting sources and methodologies, merit systems for placement and promotion activities, probationary practices, special employment programs, and staffing regulations.
