Our investments span the globe and operate across a wide array of industry verticals. We are currently seeking a Legal Counsel, Technology & Media to join our team. This individual will support the technology and media businesses of Regent’s portfolio on a broad range of commercial, compliance, corporate, and data-related legal matters. The role will be heavily transactional and business-facing, with a focus on enabling growth while managing legal risk across Regent’s technology and media operations. This is a five-days-per-week, in-office role that can be based in either New York or Boston. <p&gt
