DEFENSE LITIGATION SUPPORT SPECIALIST

You will assist assigned detailed military defense counsel by conducting an expert analysis of the defense case to determine appropriate case investigation and preparation steps. You will coordinate and establish working relationships with the federal, state, and local, enforcement agencies assigned to the respective cases. You will be required to provide testimony at a court or preliminary hearing relating. You will act under the supervision of assigned detailed military defense counsel and under the applicable rules or professional responsibility. You will produce the following deliverables, reports outlining a case plan, weekly status reports on various case actions, reports detailing actions, summary of witness interviews, signed witness statement. You will locate, and interview, witness, and visit, review, and document relevant locations.
