About the role
As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst (Facilities), you will be responsible for supervising subordinate staff and performing studies of processes and organizational effectiveness in various assigned functional areas. This position starts at a salary of $125,776.00 (GS-14, Step 1) to $163,514.00 (GS-14, Step 10). Typical duties include: Developing short- and long-term operational requirements to ensure critical mission needs are addressed. Reviewing long-range plans, identifying bottlenecks, conducting studies of organizational effectiveness, and recommending adjustments. Working directly affects USBP's national facilities portfolio through planning, designing, and programming of construction projects. Supervising a group responsible for requirements development, design reviews, and field liaison.
