HC Program Manager

Develop and implement employee relations strategies and programs to promote a positive work environment, reduce workplace conduct issues and increase mission effectiveness. Investigate and resolve employee, supervisor, or manager complaints, grievances, and disputes in a fair and timely manner. Conduct thorough reviews and preliminary inquiries into allegations of misconduct, harassment, and other workplace issues. Collaborate with management to address performance issues, leverage administrative tools such as Advanced Work Plans and Performance Improvement Plans, and develop strategies to improve employee engagement and retention. Provide guidance and training to management and employees on ODNI policies, procedures, and best practices. Analyze employee relations data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for HR leadership.
