About the role
You will manage Code 300 ship safety surveillance program. including use of the Quality Performance System (QPS) for Submarine Ship Safety Program (SSSP) assessments. You will review and update NNSY instructions and documents to ensure alignment with currant Submarine Ship Safety (SSS) requirements. You will manage the 6010 Submarine Ship Safety training and qualification program. You will provides direction and guidance to ensure compliance with the 601 0 Program Submarine Ship Safety requirements. You will provide oversight for maintenance of all Safety of Ship off-yard submarine availabilities. You will tour to inspect CASCON stations, communication and alarm systems, hotwork requirements, evacuation routes, brows, lighting requirements and dewatering equipment.
