About the role
As a Public Utilities Specialist, you will: Perform immediate analysis on reported critical system issues. Track vendor process on mitigating issues. Collaborate with end users on potential solutions to ensure complete issue resolution. Teach and train on large scale software changes, organize, construct and perform formal training to end users and support staff. Elicit requirements from stakeholder for project deliverables. Analyze work and provide detailed use cases and diagraming of system processes Drive internal BPA business groups to an uderstanding of the issues and diterminations of BPA's interests.
