Summary: The Compliance Analyst monitors and evaluates coding, billing, and documentation practices to ensure alignment with federal and state regulations, payer policies, and internal standards. The role supports risk mitigation, conducts investigations, and partners with clinical and operational teams to improve compliance across the medical network.
