Tasks Own one or two complex enterprise products in a regulated banking environment end-to-end Work with stakeholders from Business, Engineering, and Compliance to translate requirements into clear product decisions Structure backlogs, prioritize decisively, and manage cross-team dependencies Operate outside classical Scrum — strategic Product Management, not sprint-level PO work Act as a bridge between technical and business sides Requirements Must-have: 5–8+ years as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst Proven ownership of at least 2 products end-to-end Structured thinking: break down requirements, set priorities, communicate clearly at all levels Experience with senior s
