Lead site investigations and evaluate data to determine feasibility, topography, and site configuration; or condition of structure and essential data prior to initiating design. Direct the preparation of detailed fee estimates. Monitor and assess effectiveness of contractors in meeting contractual requirements. Ensure federal, state, and local codes concerning health, safety, and the environment are strictly adhered to in the programming, design, and construction of real property facilities.
