Head of FP&A

About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Head of Finance & FP&A to play a critical role in shaping the financial future of Muon Space. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will lead company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management in support of rapid growth across commercial and government programs. The position will partner closely with leaders in Engineering, Mission Engineering, Production, Operations, Supply Chain, and Business Development to ensure disciplined capital allocation, proactive risk management, and data-driven decision-making.
