About the role We’re looking for a Global Mobility and Compliance Manager to build and scale our mobility programs as we grow a world-class, in-person team across the U.S. and internationally. You’ll own end-to-end global mobility operations — from immigration and visas to relocations, compliance, and employee experience — helping us hire and move exceptional talent quickly and thoughtfully. This role sits within the People team and partners closely with Recruiting, Legal, Finance, and leadership to ensure our mobility strategy enables ambitious hiring goals while maintaining a high bar for compl
