About the role
Manages the non-technical training program, which includes administrative, hazardous material, logistics, managerial, office automation, safety, and human relations courses. Provides oversight of all technical and non-technical training programs for the Technical Operations organization. Duties contribute towards providing reliable and safe FAA services to the flying public. All duties of a Senior Training Coordinator are directly related to ensuring employees within the Technical Operation organization are trained properly, and their qualifications and certifications, where applicable, are documented correctly. The Senior Training Coordinator reports to the Operation Support Manager. Performs multiple, varying, and complex assignments under the minimal direction of a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional. May act as a contributing specialist on large work activities or as a project manager or team leader for large projects/programs/activities.
