Provides senior-level leadership and serves as the principal point of contact for assigned client sectors on matters related to property administration, project execution, and acquisition support. Translates customer mission needs into executable property and project management strategies, ensuring alignment with acquisition planning, contract structure, and regulatory requirements. Advises contracting officers, program leadership, and senior stakeholders as well as senior client officials on complex, high-risk, or precedent-setting property and project management issues. Ensures effective lifecycle management of government-furnished and contractor-acquired property, from acquisition through disposition, across multiple agencies, contractors, and locations.
