We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Senior People Operations Specialist to play a critical role in delivering exceptional employee experiences and maintaining operational excellence across our People function. As a key member of the People Operations team, you will serve as a Workday power user and process expert, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of employee data and HR processes. In this role, you will report to our Head of People Operations and will be responsible for Workday data accuracy while conducting EIB data loads and audits, perform Workday testing, and serve as frontline support for employees and managers for People team related programs.
