About the role
This position is located in the Residential Reentry Management Branch (RRMB) of the Reentry Services Division (RSD), Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Washington, D.C. Serves as the Financial Support Coordinator and is responsible for the development, planning, maintenance, execution and dissemination of budgeting data for the RRMB, as it relates to multiple appropriations, and a non-appropriated and business enterprise type revolving trust fund. Responsible for recording, evaluating, and monitoring the financial expenditures for the RRMB's multiple budgets for community placements and programming. Supports the RRMB in the performance of administrative work of a financial and budgetary nature. Monitors and evaluates trends and initiatives related to community programming and residential housing to identify funding needs and provide recommendations on the current funding levels and future budget needs.
