Utility Systems Repairer-Operator Supervisor

Major Duties Include: Establishing the Scope of Work, forecasts funding, estimates the project timeline and procurement strategies, along with ensuring proper coordination and implementation of associated maintenance and repair, construction, renovation, testing, and equipment installation projects. Coordinate with customers to ensure complete and accurate needs have been accounted for. Ensures timely and efficient project activations by working closely with the Projects section to ensure a smooth transition between project completion and project activation. Continually analyzes workload and workflow to monitor progress and trends on work orders, preventative maintenance, and construction to maximize the efficient use of resources. Maintains an awareness of available resources (space, equipment, personnel) and advises management officials on the efficient distribution of the resources. Conducts or obtains necessary training for new, unusual, or problematical building or utility systems
