Plumbing/electrical certification Minimum 3 years experience The Handyman will work under the direction of the Director of Property Management, Property Manager, Super, or their designee. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: General Overview The handyman is primarily responsible for the entire building, including the interior, exterior, roofs, parking lots, hallways, basements, compactor and utility rooms, and apartment repairs. ELH Maintenance LLC will provide additional staff (porters and handymen) as needed. The handyman to address urgent issues and must report any repair or security incidents to management immediately to ensure timely resolution. Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept building is a core responsibility. Any condition that compromises the building’s appearance or resident safety must be reported immediately. Failure to report building conditions regularly and promptly may indicate a lack of job performance. General Responsibilities
