Role Description Position:  Sales and Lead Generation Specialist (Real Estate) Location:  Remote | U.S. Business Hours (Central Time preferred) Role Type:  Full-time Salary: $1,500 base pay, $2,000-$2,200 (on target total earnings)     Overview We’re seeking a sharp and dependable  Sales and Lead Generation Specialist (Real Estate)  to support a U.S. based management and construction company specializing in self-storage and business park development. This role is primarily focused on outbound prospecting and cold outreach . The majority of your day will involve identifying new prospects, making cold calls, and initiating conversations with potential clients and partners across Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, organized in managing leads through a CRM, and proactive in coordinating with internal teams to help drive new business.
