Staff Software Engineer, RCM

This will be a hybrid role with the requirement for this person to travel into our office once every 2 weeks. Position Summary: We need a Staff Software Engineer to build AI services for our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems. You will build autonomous agents to process Explanation of Benefits (EOBs), navigate payer rules, and automate billing workflows. Your work directly impacts how smoothly patients access our genetic testing by removing friction from the billing process.
