Supervisory Budget Analyst

As a Supervisory Budget Analyst, you will: Serve as the Supervisory Budget Analyst and senior financial advisor to the Naval Reactors Laboratory Field Office (NRLFO) Manager, Naval Reactors Laboratory Field Office Chief Financial Officer, and Naval Reactors (NR) Director. Responsible for ensuring the financial integrity, strategic planning, formulation, justification, execution, and reporting of multi-year, large-scale appropriations supporting the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program (NNPP). Ensure compliance with federal appropriations law, the Anti-Deficiency Act, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Act requirements, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance, and Department of Energy (DOE)/National Nuclear Security Administrative (NNSA) directives.
