About the role
The major duties of the position Gardener include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide proper care and maintenance for lawns, flowers, shrubs, and trees. Prunes and trims trees and shrubs to obtain the shape, size and desired growth characteristics, and to remove diseased limbs or excess branches. Computes quantities of plants, seeds, and other materials needed for specific areas. Cuts grass and trims hedges using either hand or power equipment.
