<p>Scale is looking for a Compensation Manager to join our Total Rewards team. In this role, you'll help build and evolve our global compensation programs by providing analysis, insights, and modeling. We're seeking someone analytical, fast-paced, and excited about solving hard problems that impact our biggest investment - our people.
