Senior Associate, AV Support Strategic Planning

About the Role The Global Community Operations organization provides support to Uber customers and various partners. As autonomous vehicles (AVs) become an increasingly important part of our offering, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Strategic Planning Associate to help manage the operational rhythm and planning efforts for AV Support. This role will be critical in leading key planning cadences, driving workforce and financial tracking, and informing agent strategy decisions. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Product, and Community Operations to build scalable mechanisms that guide investments, headcount strategy, and performance tracking across AV Support verticals including Rider/Eater Support, Remote Vehicle Assistance, and Field Support Operations.
