The role ShipMonk moves a lot of inventory through a lot of fulfillment centers, and the operations team makes decisions every day about capacity, labor, and throughput. Your job is to make sure those decisions are backed by data instead of gut feel. You'll join the operations analytics team and own the analyses that shape how we run fulfillment. This is a senior seat. You won't just build dashboards, you'll decide what's worth measuring, find the problems hiding in the data, and tell operations leaders what to do about them.</p&
