POSITION OVERVIEW The Training Site Coordinator serves as the operational and administrative backbone of a Saronic training site, ensuring that training programs are executed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with organizational standards. This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, scheduling, resources, and communication across training events, supporting both internal and customer-facing programs. The Training Site Coordinator works closely with the Mission Training Manager, Training Operations Manager, instructors, technicians, and training improvement personnel to enable seamless training delivery.
